Qavalli Nights began as a simple idea — to bring back the magic of the mehfils that once echoed through royal courtyards and havelis. What started as a single evening of live qawwali and Mughlai classics soon became the soul of Qavalli, loved by guests who came for dinner and stayed back for the music, the mood and the Mehman-Nawazi.
Today, every Qavalli Night is curated like a modern durbar — the lights dim, the stage glows amber and the first alaap announces that the evening has truly begun.
Qavalli Nights are our ode to the qawwali tradition — intimate, deeply musical evenings where verses of love and devotion rise above the clink of glasses and the sizzle of kebabs. Set against hand-crafted Mughal interiors, candlelit tables and rich textiles, each night unfolds like a classic mehfil: qawwals in full sur, guests swaying to familiar kalams, and platters of slow-cooked gravies, kebabs and biryanis arriving at just the right moment.
